votre mission
Atlantis RH is looking for a client, International Design and Build group specializing in complex buildings, a Senior HVAC Project Manager (F/M) in Madrid.
Working on a design and build projects for Datacenters, your main missions are:
- Coordinating the design of the technical solution
- Writing technical specifications and accompanying building modelling
- Construction management of the HVAC field with the supervision of our subcontractors
- Client’s privileged interlocutor, you are responsible for the technical and financial aspect of your field.
votre profil
HVAC engineer you have a minimum of 10 years of experience on industrial building projects with high added technical value.
Speaking fluently Spanish and English, a good level in French would be a plus
